CareOutlet is committed to creating and delivering, patient-centric solutions that can make a real difference to care. Our Terms & Conditions of Service apply to all purchases either by phone, post, or via our website.

We comply fully with Online and Distance Selling Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our business name, address and all contact details are listed on every page of our site. We guarantee to provide:

  • a clear, unambiguous description of our goods or services
  • the price of our products and services, including all taxes
  • the options for payment by customers
  • delivery arrangements, costs and how long goods will take to arrive
  • the minimum length of any contract and billing period
  • conditions for ending contracts
  • how customers can cancel and when they lose the right to cancel
  • any reasonable costs for using a service after cancellation
  • a standard cancellation form
  • conditions for money given as a deposit or financial guarantees
  • the cost of using phone lines or other communication to complete any contract where it will cost more than the basic rate
  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to cancel items and receive refunds or repairs or replacements. Any refunds will be made within 14 days of an order cancellation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and get a full refund. Please see more details about what this covers in our RETURNS section.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

This is in an attempt to modernise services and provide better quality throughout a range of hospitals in the UK. Due to the reduction in Acute hospital beds there will always be a growing demand for quality and reliable hospital equipment for people nursed at home or in a professional care home setting.

At CareOutlet, we hope to be a part of the journey for hospitals that are looking to enhance their overall service for the comfort of patients or the the private individual at home looking for a cost effective but homely care bed.

Rentals- 

  • The hirer will ensure the items are collecting in good working order from when delivered. If the equipment is not in good repair, appearance and condition the owner CareOutlet, will carry out repairs on the equipment to get the equipment to the state of good repair and invoice this to hirer for immediate reimbursement.
  • In the instance of total loss of the equipment due to the misuse, user error or lack of care towards the equipment, the hirer will be liable for the full cost of replacement of the equipment. This includes the theft, misplacement, damage or destruction through any cause.
  • Rental bookings are to be paid for upfront and if cancelled within a 2 week period, it is non refundable, unless due to extenuating circumstances.
  • Any call out to fault equipment which is found to be user error, misuse or poor care of equipment will incur a £149 call out fee plus VAT (if applicable). If found to be a manufacturing fault, this will not be chargeable.
  • All items will be in good working order, fully tested and LOLER certified where applicable before delivery
  • All items remain property of CareOutlet whilst out on rental.
  • If the hirer fails to pay invoices for the rental extensions within 72 hours, they will incur a £10 late payment fee.
  • The equipment on rental MUST NOT be moved addresses without first contacting the owner CareOutlet for confirmation and to notify us of the new location of the equipment. Failure to comply with this may incur additional charges.
